HSPT Preparatory Course

Preparatory classes are for 8th graders taking the High School Proficiency Test entrance exam (HSPT) on November 7th in order to apply to Newark and Paterson, NJ diocesan high schools and in Rockland County, NY high schools. All classes are co-ed.

Our HSPT Prep Course will help students:

• Review math, reading, and language arts skills, learn strategies that will help your student choose the right answer.

• Take practice tests to identify strengths and weaknesses.

• Arrive at the test site feeling very comfortable and very confident.

Each class is 2.5 hours long and covers math, reading, and language arts skills, quantitative reasoning and verbal reasoning skills, and test taking tips. Our total course equals 20 hours of instruction.

Materials are provided each week. Class cost is $475.
